Acceptance of terms

By using this website or placing an order with TapBoost, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Product descriptions

We work to describe products accurately, including compatibility notes. NFC tapping requires a compatible smartphone with NFC enabled; TapBoost cannot guarantee behavior on every device or operating system version.

Custom orders

Custom and personalized products are made to order based on the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of business names, links, and design instructions submitted at checkout. TapBoost may contact you to confirm details before production.

Pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected, and affected orders may be canceled and refunded.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time of purchase through our payment processor. Orders are not accepted until payment is confirmed.

Production

Production begins after order details are confirmed. Because products are customized, orders may only be canceled before production begins. Production time estimates are provided on each product page and are not guarantees.

Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided at checkout and in the Shipping Policy. TapBoost is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will assist in resolving shipping issues where we can.

Returns

Return and replacement terms are described on the Returns & FAQ page and form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The TapBoost name, logo, site content, and product designs belong to TapBoost. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. You confirm that any logos, names, or content you submit for custom products are yours to use.

Prohibited use

TapBoost products may not be programmed to point to unlawful, deceptive, or harmful destinations. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate this rule.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapBoost is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
