Production time
TapBoost products are programmed and quality-checked before they ship. Most items take 2–4 business days to produce; custom stands take 4–7 business days because designs are confirmed with you first. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping estimates
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days within the United States. Exact rates and options are shown at checkout. (Placeholder — confirm carriers and rates before launch.)
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away — we can correct addresses before an order ships, but not after. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require a reshipping fee.
Delays
Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can extend delivery times. We'll always share tracking so you can follow your package, and we'll help chase down anything that stalls.
Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or a package is marked delivered but never arrived, contact us within a reasonable time and we'll work with the carrier on a resolution or replacement.
International shipping
